What we collect

• Email list: your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name. The list is currently managed with Mailchimp, which stores it on our behalf.
• Booking requests: what you type into the booking form (name, email, show details) is emailed to booking@wilhyme.com so we can reply. It isn’t stored anywhere else.
• We don’t use advertising trackers on this site.

How it’s used

• To send the welcome email, an update every other Sunday and a short note on release days.
• To reply to booking and press emails.

Who else sees it

Your information is not sold, rented or traded. Our email list service (currently Mailchimp) and our email delivery service handle your address only to store the list and deliver our messages.
